Mentor Agreement

The mission of the Foundress is for every woman to have a safe place to connect, build authentic community, and grow personally and professionally. As mentors, our responsibility is to build the women in our community up in kindness and commit to gathering with them with mutual respect. We all have space to learn from one another. By signing this contract, you agree to uphold the mission of The Foundress.

By becoming a Foundress Mentor, you are agreeing to the following requirements:

IN-PERSON MEETINGS

Attend monthly Foundress meetings and mentor meetings.

MASTERMIND GROUP

Attend all mastermind meetings during the year (once a month August-May)

QUARTERLY HAPPY HOURS

Attend the quarterly happy hours to connect with members. Must attend 1 per semester.

BRING-A-FRIEND

Invite up to 5 friends to Foundress monthly meetings and events.

By checking this box, I am agreeing to the terms laid out in the Mentor Agreement. This acts as my electronic signature.

As a mentor, attendance is required for all in person meetings and masterminds. We understand that things can come up in your businesses/personal life and you may have to miss a meeting or mastermind. If you are unable to attend, please communicate with us by 5pm on the Monday of meeting week. If any additional meetings are missed, we will ask that you transition to our ambassador program which is a great way to stay involved with less of a time commitment.
