Virtual Mentor Agreement

The heart of the Foundress has always been and will always be that all women regardless of their beliefs, backgrounds, and race have a safe place to connect, build authentic community, and grow personally and professionally. We appreciate that our members and mentors have different beliefs and we feel that is what makes the Foundress so special and unique. However, we believe that we must always be willing to have respectful dialogue even in the face of differing views. As mentors, we should all be focused on building each other up in love and kindness and we are committed to gathering together powerful women in this amazing community with love and respect. In signing this contract, you agree to uphold the mission of The Foundress.

By becoming a Foundress Mentor, you are agreeing to the following requirements:

VIRTUAL MEETINGS

Attend monthly Foundress meetings and at least one mentor meeting per semester to discuss ideas and opportunities to grow the Foundress community.

MASTERMIND GROUP

Connect with your Mastermind Group 2x a month via text, Instagram, Zoom or email.

COMMUNITY CONTENT

Provide original content to share on Foundress.co 1x per semester that will help inspire, educate and connect members. We will assign the topic.

BRING-A-FRIEND

Bring up to 5 friends to Foundress monthly meetings and events.

By checking this box, I am agreeing to the terms laid out in the Mentor Agreement. This acts as my electronic signature.

As a mentor, attendance is required for all in person meetings and masterminds. We understand that things can come up in your businesses/personal life and you may have to miss a meeting or mastermind. If you are unable to attend, please communicate with us by 5pm on the Monday of meeting week. If any additional meetings are missed, we will ask that you transition to our ambassador program which is a great way to stay involved with less of a time commitment.
